The data will be processed manually, electronically, and/or telematically. Providing the data marked with an asterisk is necessary for completing the registration process. The data will not be transmitted or disseminated. The data can become known by external companies in charge of performing some processing operations (known as data processors) and by the following categories of those in charge of processing: Marketing Department, Privacy, Processes and Systems, and Corporate Information Systems. DATA COLLECTED FOR CONTACTS AND INFORMATION REQUESTS
We hereby inform you that your data are collected for the purpose of sending information that you may request and, only with your consent, sending information, advertising, and promotional materials (even via automated tools). The data will be processed manually, electronically, and/or telematically. The data can become known by external companies in charge of performing some collection operations (known as data processors) and by the following categories of those in charge of processing: person in charge of collection, marketing and communications, quality assurance research and development director, operation manager, RAM, quality assurance.
DATA COLLECTED FOR SENDING NOTIFICATIONS TO ANTIPANIC SRL
We hereby inform you that your data are collected for the purpose of managing notifications. The data will be processed manually, electronically, and/or telematically. Providing the requested data is optional. Refusing to provide the data will not have any consequences. The data will not be transmitted or disseminated. The data may become known by the employees and collaborators of our company who are in charge of the notification service and who are designated as data processors.
DATA COLLECTED FOR SENDING CVs
ANTIPANIC SRL informs you, in conformity with art. 13 of the Code, that the personal data you provide to our company, spontaneously or in response to advertisements, will undergo the processing provided for by this same law. It should be noted that “processing” is defined as any operation or series of operations, performed with or without electronic means or in any case automated means, in relation to the collection, recording, consultation, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, deletion, and destruction of the data subject’s personal data.
The purpose of this processing, which will be carried out by automated and non-automated means, is to evaluate your application for possible employment or for a collaborative relationship with our company (or with the companies belonging to the Group).
Providing the data is optional; refusing to provide some data may result in an incorrect evaluation of your professional skills and qualifications.
The data in question will not be disseminated and will be processed by our company for a period of 6 months, after which time the data will be destroyed. We ensure you that all communication of data will be conducted in compliance with the law and, specifically, will take place strictly in connection with the purpose indicated above.
Please note that among the personal information in question and that provided spontaneously by you there may be some data defined as “sensitive” (pursuant to art. 4, par. 1, subpar. d) of the Code) (regarding, specifically, belonging to protected groups).
It should also be noted that the data we possess or that could come into our possession and data provided by you could include data regarding your family members.
You can contact our Privacy Department at the data controller to verify your data and to supplement, update, or correct your data and/or to exercise your other rights pursuant to art. 7 of the Code.
